Jacksonville, Florida — July 1, 2025 — Grupo Zorro Inc. (“Grupo Zorro”), a diversified holding company focused on tax, insurance and business services, today announced that it has acquired Tienda Latina El Zorro LLC (“Tienda Latina”), a neighborhood retail business serving the local Hispanic community.
The acquisition became effective July 1, 2025 and reflects Grupo Zorro’s long-term strategy of integrating complementary retail and professional service offerings under a unified platform.
Tienda Latina has operated independently as a trusted community storefront and has, over time, developed a strong customer base aligned with Grupo Zorro’s broader service ecosystem. The acquisition formalizes an existing business relationship and positions the company to expand access to financial services, remittance solutions, and other offerings through a familiar, community-oriented location.
Following the transaction:

Tienda Latina El Zorro LLC will continue operating under its existing name

The business will maintain separate day-to-day operations, payroll, and banking relationships

Grupo Zorro Inc. will provide strategic oversight and long-term capital support

No changes to customer service, staffing, or daily operations are anticipated as a result of the transaction.
